الازدواجية اللغوية في الخطاب السياسي الجزائري دراسة تحليلية لخطاب الرئيس عبد المجيد تبون المنشور عبر حسابه في التويتر.

Résumé: يعيش المجتمع الجزائري تنوع في لغات التخاطب والتي تكونت نتيجة عدة عوامل وأنتجت جملة من الثنائيات اللغوية المكونة أساسا من العربية، الأمازيغية، الفرنسية، والتي انتهت لازدواجية لغوية (عربية ،عربية) بسبب تأثير باقي اللغات فيها ما أنتج مستويين لها أحدهما فصيح وآخر عامي، ومع انعكاس الازدواجية على الخطاب السياسي وتوظيفه لها وفق مستويات عالية وأخرى عامية، فعملنا في دارستنا هذه على تحديد أثر الازدواجية اللغوية على فعالية الخطاب السياسي الجزائري وقد قمنا بإجراء دراسة تحليلية لخطاب الرئيس تبون تم نشره عبر حسابه في تويتر حينما كان في ألمانيا، وتوصلنا لأن ظاهرة الازدواجية اللغوية في الخطاب السياسي تسهم في نجاحه وفعاليته. Algerian society lives in a diversity of spoken languages, which were formed due to various factors ,and gave rise to a set of bilinguals consisting mainly of Arabic ,Berber and French , which ended with linguistic duality (Arabic, Arabic) due to the influence of the rest of the languages in the Arabic language which placed it at the level of eloquent and public, and with the reflection of bilingualism on political discourse and employing it at high levels and colloquial. So We worked in our study to determine the effect of bilingualism on the effectiveness of the Algerian political discourse, and we conducted an analytical study of President Tebboune's speech, which was published on his Twitter , and we reached that bilingualism in political discourse contributes to its success and effectiveness
