مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى معلمين ومعلمات المرحلة الابتدائية في ظل جائحة كورونا(كوفيد-19) -دراسة ميدانية ببعض المؤسسات الابتدائية بمدينة الأغواط-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الضغوط النفسية للمعلمين ومعلمات المرحلة الابتدائية في ظل جائحة كورونا(كوفيد-19) وهي دراسة ميدانية بمدينة الأغواط وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (40) معلمة ومعلم أخذت من (07) مؤسسات ابتدائية، وطبق عليهم مقياس الضغوط النفسية، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الضغوط النفسية مرتفع عند أفراد العينة وقدرت ب(170) درجة على المقياس. الكلمات المفتاحية: الضغوط النفسية، جائحة كورونا(كوفيد-19) Abstract: The current study aimed to identify the level of psychological stress for teachers and primary school teachers in light of the Corona pandemic (Covid-19), which is a field study in Laghouat. The study sample consisted of (40) teachers and teachers taken from (07) primary institutions, and the psychological stress scale was applied to them, The descriptive approach was relied upon in the study, and the results of the study concluded that the level of psychological stress is high among the sample members and was estimated at (170) degrees on the scale.
