Résumé: يعد السكن العمومي الايجاري أحد أهم الصيغ السكنية الجاري العمل بها اليوم في الجزائر، والذي استهدفت من ورائه السلطات العمومية، توفير إطار معيشي لائق للفئات السكانية محدودة الدخل. إلا أن اللافت للنظر في هذه الصيغة السكنية، هو تحولها إلى مبعث توتر دائم وتأزم حاد يعيشه القطاع منذ بداية العمل بها ، وذلك من خلال الإشكالات الناجمة عن عمليات توزيع السكن والمضاربة به فيما بعد، كما سيأتي بيانه معنا بشكل أكثر تفصيل ضمن أوراق هذا المقال. The public rental housing is one of the most important housing formulas in force today in Algeria, which the public authorities aimed at providing a decent living framework for low-income population groups. However, what is remarkable about this housing formula is its transformation into a source of permanent tension and severe crisis experienced by the sector since the beginning of its work, through the problems arising from housing distribution operations and speculation in it later, as will be explained with us in more detail within the papers of this article
