الاختصاص التفسيري للمحكمة الدستورية الجزائرية على ضوء التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020

Résumé: لم تشر غالبية دساتير العالم الى الجهة المختصة بتفسير الدستور، وهو الحال نفسه للقضاء الدستوري في الجزائر الى غاية التعديل الدستوري الأخير لسنة 2020 الذي نص فيه المؤسس الدستوري على اختصاص المحكمة الدستورية بتفسير الدستور، وهو اختصاص أصيل ومطلق،يتم إخطارها من طرف نفس الجهات التي لها الحق في اخطارها بمسائل عدم الدستورية ، وهو إخطار ممنوع على الأفراد ، تسفر هذه العملية عن اصدار رأي.
