الدور الاستشاري للمحكمة الدستورية في الجزائر
Résumé: المؤسسات الدستورية الاستشارية هي تلك المؤسسات الرسمية المؤسسة دستوريا والتي لها قيمة كبيرة وأهمية في المجال الاستشاري بالنسبة للسلطة التنفيذية وبالخصوص لصالح رئيس الجمهورية أو الحكومة في الظروف العادية أو غير العادية، هذا وقد احتوى التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 على مجموعة من المؤسسات الاستشارية وهذه الأخيرة منها من تمارس الوظيفة الاستشارية بصورة أساسية ومنها من تمارس الوظيفة الاستشارية كاختصاص هامشي إلى جانب الوظائف الخاصة التي تقوم بها ومن بين هذه المؤسسات نجد المحكمة الدستورية. Consultative constitutional institutions are those official institutions that are constitutionally established and that have great value and importance in the consultative field for the executive authority, especially for the benefit of the President of the Republic or the government in normal or extraordinary circumstances. The advisory position is mainly among those who exercise the advisory function as a marginal competence in addition to the special functions that it performs, and among these institutions we find the Constitutional Court.
