أثر تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية على إدارة الموارد البشرية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة: مؤسسة تافنة لصناعة الملابس الجاهزة وحدة الإنتاج -مغنية

Résumé: الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية وما تتمتع به من مجالات وأبعاد تساعد على التأثير وتحسين عمل إدارة الموارد البشرية خاصة داخل المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وتم إجراء هذه الدراسة في مؤسسة تافنة لصناعة الملابس الجاهزة وحدة الإنتاج مغنية، خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 25 أبريل إلى 08 ماي 2024م، ولتحليل المعلومات المقدمة تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية spss، ومن خلال ذلك تم التوصل إلى أن معظم عمال مؤسسة تافنة لديهم إدراك بمصطلح المسؤولية الاجتماعية، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية وإدارة الموارد البشرية في مؤسسة تافنة لصناعة الملابس الجاهزة وحدة الإنتاج مغنية، وتأكيد وجود تأثير بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية على إدارة الموارد البشرية داخل مؤسسة تافنة. Abstract This study aims to understand the concept of social responsibility and its various dimensions that contribute to influencing and enhancing the functioning of human resource management, particularly within economic institutions. The study was conducted at Tafna Clothing Industry, Magniya Production Unit, from April 25th to May 8th, 2024. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was utilized for data analysis. The findings indicate that the majority of Tafna employees have an awareness of the concept of social responsibility. There exists a correlation between social responsibility and human resource management at Tafna Clothing Industry, Magniya Production Unit, affirming the impact of social responsibility on human resource management within the institution.
