معرفة مقاصد الرواية وأثره في دفع الاضطراب عن الحديث النبوي

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة مسألة مهمة في مباحث السنة النبوية والنقد الحديثي، وهي مسألة أثر معرفة المعنى المقصود من الروايات في دفع الاضطراب عن الحديث النبوي، ذلك أن المتأمل في تصرفات الأئمة أصحاب الدواوين المشهورة في السنة النبوية، يجد أنهم يسوقون تلك الروايات مساقا واحدا مع اختلاف في بعض عباراتها وألفاظها مما له أثر في المعنى ومما ليس له أثر، ولهم في ذلك كله منهج منضبط قد يخفى على غير أصحاب الصنعة، وهذه الدراسة محاولة لبيان منهج المحدثين وقواعدهم في سوق تلك الروايات التي قد يوهم ظاهرها تخالفا وتعارضا وعلاقتها بالمعنى المقصود الذي سيقت له بالأصالة، وبيان أثر غياب هذا الملمح في الحكم على بعض الأحاديث الثابتة بالبطلان، ومناقشة أصحاب دعوى إسقاط الصحيح الثابت بحجة اضطراب المتون فيما ساقوه من أمثلة، متبعا المنهج التحليلي في المعالجة والنقد . Abstract: This study aims to address an important issue in the discussion of the Prophet’s Sunnah and Hadith criticism, which is the issue of the effect of knowing the intended meaning of the narratives in pushing up turbulence about the Prophet’s hadith. One with a difference in some of its phrases and expressions, which have an impact on the meaning and have no effect, and they have a disciplined approach in all of that that may be hidden by non-specialists, and this study is an attempt to clarify the methodology of the Mohddithin and their rules in those narrations that may delude their apparent contradiction and contradiction and their relationship to the intended meaning that It was narrated by authenticity, and the effect of the absence of this feature on judging some established hadiths as invalid, and the discussion of the owners of the case of abrogating the authentic authenticity under the pretext of disturbing the texts in the examples they cited, following the analytical approach in treatment and criticism.
