Résumé: ملخص: تساهم اليقظة الإستراتيجية في تطور المؤسسة بما توفره من معلومات عن البيئة الخارجية التي تنشط فيها والتي من خلالها تتمكن من مراقبة أسواقها و منافسيها بصفة خاصة ومحيطها بصفة عامة، حيث تهتم هذه الورقة البحثية بأهمية اليقظة الإستراتيجية كمدخل لتعزيز قدرة المؤسسة على التصرف بسرعة وفي الوقت المناسب مع أكبر قدر من الفعالية، وأقل قدر ممكن من الوسائل مساهمة في تحقيق وتحسين تنافسيتها الدائمة وقد توصلنا إلى مدى زيادة الاهتمام بهذه الوظيفة من خلال محاولة التمكن من الحصول ومعالجة و فهم المعلومة الاقتصادية والتي لها أثر إستراتيجي عليها و على قراراتها كمدخل لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في ظل اهتمام المؤسسات بالبحث والتطوير. كلمات مفتاحية: اليقظة الإستراتيجية، الميزة التنافسية، البحث والتطوير، اتصالات الجزائر تصنيفات JEL : O32, O39 Abstract: Strategic vigilance contributes to the development of the enterprise by providing information on the external environment in which it is active and by which it can monitor its markets, competitors in particular and its surroundings in general. This paper is concerned with the importance of strategic vigilance as an input to enhance the enterprise's ability to act quickly and in a timely manner with the greatest effectiveness. The least possible means of achieving and improving their permanent competitiveness have reached the extent to which we have increased interest in this function by trying to obtain, process and understand economic information that has a strategic impact on it and its decisions as an input to achieving competitive advantage under the entreprises' interest in research and development.
