Résumé: Abstract : We summarize through this study, media freedom is one of the most important pillars on which societies are based. However, this freedom must be subject to a set of guarantees and restrictions that protect it if international conventions and advertisements are based on the guarantee of freedom of opinion. and expression and the journalist's right to publish and transmit information and ideas. By all means, and media activity in the light of media unilateralism was monopolized by the state, where the media sector in the multiparty phase experienced openness as a result of the radical transformations and reforms that took place. took place there and on the basis of this freedom of expression became constitutionally and legally enshrined in its successive constitutions which endorsed freedom of opinion and expression After the promulgation of the Media Law No. 12/05, which lifted the state monopoly and paved the way for the private sector, this law enshrined on the organizational side a number of legislations which explicitly stipulated in the law on the media, which set out organizational provisions and procedures allowing the media to have the right of access to freedom of opinion Expression and the maintenance of public order and supplies The authority for the control of the written, audiovisual and electronic press ctronics and empowered them to monitor the media sector because of its impact on public opinion.
