الاستقرار التشريعي و دوره في تحقيق أمن الاستثمار الأجنبي

Résumé: يرهن استقرار النظام القانوني لأي دولة بمدى توافر مقوماته و عناصره، ناهيك عن مواكبته للتطورات الحاصلة في مجال المعاملات الاقتصادية و التكنولوجية، حيث تسعى الدول في سبيل تحقيق ذلك إلى إِعمال بعض المبادئ و الضمانات بهدف حماية الاستقرار في المراكز القانونية و الحقوق الشخصية المكتسبة، ما يجعل النظام القانوني للاستثمار أكثر استقرارا و أمانا للمستثمر الأجنبي. Abstract: Depending on the stability of any country's legal system, the availability of its components and elements, not to keep pace with developments in the field of economic and technological transactions, where states seek to achieve this in order to reach certain principles and guarantees in order to protect the stability of legal centers and acquired personal rights, making the legal system of investment more stable and secure for the foreign investor.
