مساهمة أجر العامل في تحسين إنتاجيته -دراسة حالة شركة اورفي

Résumé: يمثل الأجر حجر الزاوية في التعويضات التي يتحصل عليها العامل مقابل عمله وأحد أهم المقومات لتحسين إنتاجيته، في هذا الصدد تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز مساهمة أجر العامل في تحسين الإنتاجية وذلك على مستوى مؤسسة اورفي حيث استخدمنا أدوات الإحصاء الوصفي المتوسط الحسابي، معامل الإرتباط ومعامل التحديد من خلال برامج Excel) وبرنامج (Eviews). توصلت الدراسة لإثبات قدرة برنامج الأجر المطبق على تحفيز العاملين والرفع من إنتاجيتهم، حيث أن الاختبارات الإحصائية والقياسية للبحث قد كشفت أن هناك توزيع عادل للأجور على مختلف الفئات المهنية، بالإضافة لوجود علاقة إرتباط قوية بين الأجر والقيمة المضافة ثم بين الأجر وكمية الإنتاج. The wage is the cornerstone of the compensation that employee receives in exchange for his work and one of the most important elements for improving his productivity, in this direction the study aims to highlight the contribution of employee’s wage to enhance productivity within ORFEE enterprise, where we have used the descriptive statistics tools (mean, simple linear regression and coefficient of determination) through Excel and Eviews programs. The study has reached to prove the ability of the applied wage program to motivate employees and raise their productivity, since the statistical and econometric tests of the research have revealed that there is a fair distribution of wages among the various professional class, in addition to the existence of a strong correlation between wages and value added, and between wages and production quantity.
