تحسين جودة الخدمة التأمينية باستخدام نماذج صفوف الانتظار-دراسة حالة الشركة الوطنية للتأمين "saa" وكالة الجزائر العاصمة-

Résumé: : إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تحسين جودة الخدمة التأمينية المقدمة من طرف الشركة الوطنية الجزائرية للتأمين "وكالة الجزائر العاصمة" بتطبيق أحد الأساليب الكمية المتمثلة في نماذج صفوف الانتظار، وحلها باستخدام برمجية الطرق الكمية QM for Windows، باعتبار أن الجودة في تقديم الخدمات تعتبر مطلبا مهما لشركة التأمين لتحقيق الرقي و الازدهار. توصلت الدراسة إلى تقديم نموذج بديل لتحسين الوضع الحالي الموجود في الشركة على مستوى وكالة التأمين محل الدراسة، والتي من شأنها تقليص وقت الانتظار، وبالتالي الرفع من مستوى جودة الخدمة المقدمة، وكسب رضا الزبائن، لأنه الهدف النهائي الذي يجب على المؤسسة إشباع حاجاته، ومن ثم تعظيم الأرباح من خلاله. The aim of this study is to improve the quality of the insurance service provided by the Algerian National Insurance Company "Algiers Agency" by applying one of the quantitative methods of queuing models, and solving them using QM for Windows software, as the quality of service delivery is an important requirement. For the insurance company to achieve sophistication and prosperity. The study reached to provide an alternative model to improve the current situation in the company at the level of the insurance agency under study, which would reduce the waiting time, and thus raise the level of quality of service provided, and gain customer satisfaction, because it is the ultimate goal that the institution must satisfy its needs, and Then maximize profits through it.
