دور الاتصال التنظيمي في تعزيز ثقافة الالتزام التنظيمي لدى العاملين

Résumé: : تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على الاتصال التنظيمي ودوره في تحقيق الالتزام التنظيمي للعاملين بالمديرية العامة لسوناطراك ، وابراز العوامل التي تدخل في الوصول الى تحقيق الالتزام كالقيادة، حيث أن نجاح الاتصال التنظيمي يتطلب قيادة فعالة والتي تسعى الى تغيير وتطوير أسلوب الإدارة من خلال التواصل مع العاملين وبناء أنظمة اتصال فعالة، لتحقيق عدة أغراض إدارية منها تحقيق الالتزام التنظيمي للوصول الى الأهداف المرجوة، ويتطلب هذا قدرة القائد على نقل وتوصيل القيم التنظيمية بين أقطاب وأطراف المنظمة والتي اعتبرها بعض الباحثين مهمة جدا و سموها بالأسس التنظيمية و كل هذا يزيد من تشجيع التفكير الإبداعي الذي يمكن العاملين بالتفكير بطريقة مختلفة لمواجهة التحديات والمشكلات التي تواجههم في العمل. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on organizational communication and its role in achieving the organizational commitment of the employees of the General Directorate of SONATRACH, and to highlight the factors that go into achieving commitment, such as leadership, as the success of organizational communication requires effective leadership that seeks to change and develop the management style by communicating with employees and building systems Effective communication, to achieve several administrative purposes, including achieving organizational commitment to reach the desired goals, and this requires the leader's ability to transfer and communicate organizational values between the parties of the poles and the parties of the organization, which some researchers considered very important and called them the organizational foundations, and all this further encourages creative thinking that Employees can think differently to meet the challenges and problems they face at work.
