التسويق الرقمي لمنتجات الصيرفة الإسلامية وأثره على نية الشراء لدى المستهلك الجزائري- عقد المرابحة نموذجا

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى استخدام التسويق الرقمي بأدواته المتمثلة في : التسويق عبر الموقع الإلكتروني- التسويق عبر البريد الإلكتروني- التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي- التسويق عبر الهواتف المحمولة، في الترويج لمنتجات الصيرفة الإسلامية من وجهة نظر الزبائن، وكذا التعرف على طبيعة تأثير التسويق الرقمي بأدواته على نية المستهلك الجزائري في شراء المنتجات وفقا لعقد المرابحة . لهذا الغرض تم تصميم استبانة وزعت على عينة من زبائن المؤسسات المصرفية بالجزائر قدر عددهم بـ 60 زبون، وتم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائيspss لتحليل البيانات وإختبار فرضيات الدراسة باستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مؤسسات الصيرفة الإسلامية في الجزائر تستخدم التسويق الرقمي بمستوى متوسط، وأنه يوجد تأثير إيجابي للتسويق الرقمي على نية المستهلكين في شراء المنتجات وفقا لعقد المرابحة. This study aimed to acknowledge the level of using of digital marketing whith its tools( web-sites marketing- e-mail marketing- social media marketing- mobile marketing) on promotion of Islamic banks products in Algeria, and test the effect of digital marketing and its tools on Algerian consumers intention to buy products according to the murabaha contract. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 60 consumers, the statistical package for the social sciences SPSS have also been used to analyze and test the study hypotheses. The results of the study concluded that the level of use digital marketing is average, and digital marketing had a positive impact on Algerian consumers intention to buy products according to the murabaha contract.
