Résumé: تطرقت في بحثي هذا المنصب على مجال الحصانات و الامتيازات القنصلية الى جوانب عدة بداية من نشأة البعثات القنصلية و تطورها التاريخي وصولا الى تنظيم الوظيفة القنصلية من خلال تنظيمها القانوني و تنظيمها العضوي . كما درسنا في بحثنا هذا كذلك مختلف الوظائف القنصلية التي توكل الى هاته البعثات سواء ماتعلق منها حماية مصالح الدولة الموفدة ورعاياها. وفي الأخير ندرس مختلف الامتيازات و الحصانات و مجال سريانها و حدود التمتع بهته الحصانات و الامتيازات . Summary: In my research on the field of consular privileges and immunities, touched upon several aspects of the origins of consular missions and their historical development, leading to the organization of the consular function through its legal organization and organic organization. We have also studied in this examination the various consular posts that are entrusted to these missions, whether or not they are to protect the interests of the sending State and its nationals. Finally, we study the various privileges and immunities and the scope of their applicability and the limits of the enjoyment of immunities and privileges.
