ثقافة الجودة ودورها في تحقيق التميز في أداء الخدمة العمومية الصحية-حالة مستشفيات (خميس مليانة - مليانة- العطاف) بولاية عين الدفلى

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور ثقافة الجودة في تحقيق التميز في أداء الخدمة الصحية بمستشفيات (خميس مليانة – مليانة –العطاف ) بولاية عين الدفلى، و لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم توزيع استبيان على عينة تتكون من 150 موظفا بهذه المستشفيات . وقد توصلت الدراسة بعد تحليل البيانات المجمعة باستخدام برنامج( spss ) إلى مجموعة من النتائج و أهمها، وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة وقوية ما بين ثقافة الجودة و تميز أداء الخدمة العمومية الصحية بالمستشفيات محل الدراسة . الكلمات المفتاحية: ثقافة الجودة، تميز الأداء، الخدمة العمومية الصحية. تصنيف JEL : H83، J14 This study aims to identify the role of quality culture in achieving excellence in health service performance in hospitals (Khemis Miliana - Miliana - El Attaf) in the state of Ain Defla. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 150 employees in these hospitals. The study, after analyzing the data collected using the (spss) program, reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a positive and strong correlation between quality culture and health service performance excellence in the hospitals under study.
