Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على العلاقة بين إتجاهات اساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو دمج أطفال التوحد و الصلابة النفسية،و هذا من خلال الكشف على طبيعة هذه الاتجاهات ،و كذا التعرف على مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى اساتذة التعليم الابتدائي،بالإضافة إلى معرفة دلالة الفروق في إتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو دمج أطفال التوحد و الصلابة النفسية باختلاف متغير سنوات الخبرة. وقد بلغ قوام العينة 150 أستاذا،تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بالمدارس مدينة متليلي خلال السنة الدراسية2019/2020.واشتملت الأدوات المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة على مقياسين و هما مقياس إتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو دمجأطفال التوحد و مقياس الصلابة النفسية.وقد توصّلت الدراسة إلى أن طبيعة أتجاهات اساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو دمج أطفال التوحد كان سلبيا،كما تمتعوا بمستوى مرتفع من الصلابة النفسية ،بالاضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق في إتجاهات اساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو دمج أطفال التوحد و الصلابة النفسية باختلاف متغير سنوات الخبرة.اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي الملائم لطبيعة الدراسة. The study aimed to try to identify the relationship between the attitudes of primary education teachers towards integrating children with autism and psychological toughness, and this by revealing the nature of these trends, as well as identifying the level of psychological toughness among teachers of primary education, in addition to knowing the significance of the differences in the attitudes of teachers Primary education towards integrating children with autism and psychological hardness according to the variable years of experience. The sample consisted of 150 teachers, who were randomly selected from primary school teachers in the city of Metlili during the 2019/2020 school year. The nature of primary education teachers' attitudes towards integrating autistic children was negative, and they also enjoyed a high level of psychological toughness, in addition to the absence of differences in primary education teachers' attitudes toward integrating autistic children and psychological toughness according to the variable years of experience. Appropriate to the nature of the study.
