Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور التمكين الوظيفي في تحقيق الإبداع التنظيمي في الوكالات التجارية للاتصالات(جيزي، أوريدو، موبيليس) بعلي منجلي-ولاية قسنطينة-وتم الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي بلغت عينة الدراسة (50) موظفا تم اختيارهم عن طريق أسلوب المسح الشامل. وقد خلصت الدراسة لمساهمة التمكين بأبعاده (المشاركة بالمعلومات والتدريب) في تعزيز الابداع. The study aimed to reveal the role of functional empowerment in achieving organizational creativity in commercial telecommunications agencies, (Djezzy, Ooredoo, Mobilis) in Ali Mendjeli - Constantine state -, the descriptive approach was used and The sample of the study of (50) selected employees., the study found the contribution of empowerment in its dimensions (sharing information and training) to enhancing organizational creativity. تمكين
