فعالية استثمار المستحدثات التكنولوجية في تعليمية اللغة العربية عند المكفوفين

Résumé: لقد أسفرت تكنولوجيا التعليم في السنوات الأخيرة عن ظهور وسائل تعليمية وتقنية معاصرة ومتطورة تساعد فئة المكفوفين على تعليم وتعلم اللغة؛ وأصبحت هذه الوسائل في الآونة الأخيرة مكونا رئيسا في بناء صرح العملية التعليمية التعلمية، وتطوير المناهج والمواد الدراسية لهذه الفئة الخاصة من المتعلمين، إذ لم تعد هذه العملية تقتصر على طريقة "برايل" التي تمكن الكفيف من تعلم مهارتي الكتابة والقراءة وممارستهما فحسب، بل ظهرت مجموعة من الأجهزة والبرامج التعليمية الالكترونية المتطورة، التي تسعى إلى جعل هذه الفئة من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة تواكب مستجدات العصر، وتنتقل هي الأخرى من التعليم التقليدي إلى التعليم الالكتروني، ومن بينها هذه الوسائط التعليمية برنامج "قارئ الشاشة" الالكتروني الذي يحول النص المكتوب إلى كلام منطوق، وجهاز فيرسا برايل الذي يحول المادة المكتوبة إلى مادة مكتوبة بخط برايل، متجاوزا بذلك العائق الكبير الذي لطالما حال بين الكفيف والمادة العلمية. وسنحاول من خلال هذا البحث الإجابة عن الإشكال الآتي: ما مدى نجاعة المستحدثات التقنية التعليمية، وما مدى استثمارها في تعليمية اللغة العربية لدى المكفوفين؟ وذلك باتباع منهج الاستقصاء، ودراسة الحالة، باعتبار الباحث من فئة المكفوفين المستخدمين لهذه الوسائل. Absract: Teaching technologies have witnessed the emergence of new highly developed tools, helping the visually impaired people to learn and to teach the language. These new means represent nowadays a key element in terms of the implementation of the teaching/learning process and the development of educational programs and contents for this specific category of learners. The learning process is no longer limited to Braille writing that allows visually impaired people to develop their reading and writing skils. The various technological developments are part of this perspective that aim to enable visually impaired learners to be at the heart of innovation, in order to shift from a traditionnal learning to E-learning. Among these technologies, we can mention the «electronic screen reader» which converts the written text into a pronounced speech. Thus, visually impaired learners could exceed the barriers that prevented them in the past from accessing the sientific content. In this research, we will attempt to answer the question What is the effectiveness of innovations in educational technology and to what extent do they invest in teaching Arabic to the blind? Using the survey methodology and the case study, considering that the researcher is a blind person who uses these methods.
