أثر سياسة التحرير المالي على الاقتصاد الجزائري The Impact Of Financial Liberalization Policy On The Algerian Economy

Résumé: الملخص: إن الهدف الأساسي لهذه الدراسة هو استعراض و تحليل سياسة الحرير المالي في إطاره النظري و التعرف على دوافع هذا التحرير و مؤشراته و ذلك بالاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي من خلال إجراءات و متطلبات العولمة المالية، و قياس أثر تلك السياسات على مختلف المؤشرات المالية و النقدية في الاقتصاد الجزائري. فمن خلال إصلاحات القطاع المالي في الجزائر ضمن القانون رقم: 90-10 سنة 1990و المتعلق بالنقد و القرض حيث حقق توسعا في الحجم والنشاط و ذلك بتحسن معدلات النمو الاقتصادي في فترات متباينة إلا أن المعدلات غير مستدامة الكلمات المفتاحية: العولمة المالية ، التحرير المالي ، دوافع التحرير المالي ، إصلاح القطاع المالي في الجزائر، النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر. تصنيف JEL: G32، G21 ، G28. Abstract: The main objective of thisstudyis to review and analyze the financialsilkpolicy in itstheoreticalframework and identify the motives and indicators of thisliberalization by integratinginto the global economythrough the procedures and requirements of financialglobalization, and measuring the impact of thosepolicies on variousfinancial and monetaryindicators in the economy.
