Résumé: "ملخص: هدفت دراستنا إلى أختبار أثر ضغوط العمل بأبعاده (صراع الدور، غموض الدور، عبء الدور، بيئة العمل، التطور الوظيفي) على الإستقرار الوظيفي للعاملين في مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني لضمان الإجتماعي لغير الأجراء (CASNOS) وكالة الوادي. تم الإعتماد على المقابلة والإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات الأولية حيث تم إعتماد (60) إستمارة، وبعد التحليل الإحصائي توصلت الدراسة إلى أن العاملين لدى الصندوق الوطني لضمان الإجتماعي لغير الأجراء (CASNON) وكالة الوادي يعانون من ضغوط عمل متوسطة المستوى، كما ان لهم مستوى متوسط من الإستقرار الوظيفي، كذلك أكدت الدراسة أن عبء العمل وصراع الدور يؤثران سلبا على الإستقرار الوظيفي. ""Abstract: Our study aimed to examine the effect of work stress in its dimensions (role conflict, role ambiguity, role burden, work environment, career development) on the job stability of workers in the National Social Security Fund for Non-Wage earners (CASNOS) Wadi Agency. The questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for collecting primary data, where (60) questionnaires were approved after the statistical analysis. The study concluded that workers at the National Social Security Fund for Non-Wage earners (CASNON) and the Valley Agency suffer from medium-level work pressures and have a medium level of job stability, as well as The study confirmed that work burden and role conflict negatively affect job stability. "
