محددات دالة الإنتاج في اقتصاديات دول المغرب العربي خلال الفترة(1991-2019) "دراسة قياسية باستخدام نماذج بانل الساكنة"

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد وتقدير محددات دالة الإنتاج كوب دوغلاس لاقتصاديات دول المغرب العربي، وكذا مدى تأثير هذه المحددات على الإنتاجية الكلية للدول مجموعة، فكانت عينة دراستنا مقتصرة على أربع دول فقط (الجزائر، تونس، ليبيا، وموريتانيا) في الفترة الممتدة ما بين (1991-2018)، استعملنا فيها نموذج انحدار بانل الساكن، فكانت نتائج التقدير مقبولة إحصائيا إلى حد بعيد، توصلنا إلى أن النموذج المناسب هو نموذج التأثيرات الثابتة، وأن هناك علاقة طردية بين عمالة الدول الأربعة والإنتاجية، أما رأسماليا فوجد فيها علاقات عكسية، وينعكس هذا على مرونات الإنتاج كذلك، إذ كانت مرونات العمل كلها موجبة، أما رأس المال فكانت موجبة لبعض الدول وسالبة لأخرى.The studyaimed to identify and estimate the determinants of the Douglas Cup production function for the economies of the Arab Maghreb countries, as well as the extent of the impact of thesedeterminants on the total productivity of the group countries. The sample of ourstudywaslimited to only four countries (Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, and Mauritania) in the periodbetween (1991). -2018), in whichweused the static panel regression model, so the results of the estimation werestatistically acceptable to a large extent, weconcludedthat the appropriate model is the fixedeffects model, and thatthereis a direct relationshipbetween the four countries' employment and productivity, as for the capitalist, itfound inverse relations, and thisisreflected in Production elasticitieswerealso, as all laborelasticitieswere positive, while capital was positive for some countries and negative for others.
