شخصية أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية وعلاقتها بدافعية التعلم لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية. دراسة ميدانية على تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية لولاية غليزان

Résumé: الملخص: تهـدف الدراسـة إلى توضيح علاقة نمط شخصية أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بدافعية التعلم لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية، شملت عينة البحث (100) تلميذ و(10) أساتذة تربية بدنية ورياضية اختيروا عشوائيا، طبق عليهم مقياس أزنك ودافعية التعلم، استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وأسفرت الدراسة على النتائج الآتية: ترتفع دافعية التعلم لدى التلاميذ خلال درس التربية البدنية والرياضية عند الأستاذ الانبساطي والعكس عند الأستاذ العصابي. The study aims to clarify the relationship of the personality style of the professor of physical education and sports and its relationship to the motivation of learning among secondary school students. The research sample included (100) students and (10) professors de sport choose randomly, who were applied to them, the Zinc scale and the learning motivation scale, we used the descriptive correlational method ; and the study resulted in the following results: The learning motivation rises among Pupils during the physical education and sports lesson when the teacher has a flat style and vice versa when the teacher has a nervous style.
