ملامح التداولية في دلالة الاقتضاء عند جمهور الأصوليين مقاربة في الافتراض المسبق

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز عناية علماء الأصول بالدّراسة التّداولية من خلال قراءة تحليلية لدلالة الاقتضاء عند جمهور الأصوليين استنادا إلى أحد أهمّ المفاهيم في الدرس التداولي وهو الافتراض المسبق. وأهمّ ما خلصنا إليه أنّ هذا الأخير يتجلّى حضوره في دلالة الاقتضاء، وذلك عند لجوء المتكلّم إلى الإضمار والحذف كونه يفترض معرفة المخاطَب بما سيحذفه ويقتضيه الخطاب فيما بعد. وأنّ كُلا ّ من الافتراض المسبق ودلالة الاقتضاء يشكّلان الخلفية المعرفية الضرورية لإنجاح عملية التواصل. والتي تعدّ عنصرا هامّا في ترابط الخطاب وتماسكه. Abstract: The aim of this article is to highlight the fundamental Muslim scholars’ interest in studying pragmatics through an analytical reading of semantic implication by using one of the concepts of pragmatics the "Presupposition" . This concept appears highly in semantic implication among Muslim fundamentalists. When the speaker uses ellipsis and suppression, the addressee is supposed to know what is deleted and what is required in his speech later. Both the semantic implication and the presupposition constitute the necessary background knowledge to reach communication
