The Reality Of Administrative Management Of School Sports In Algeria

Résumé: Abstract : The study aimed to assess the status of school sports through administrative management, emphasizing the crucial role of organization in administrative operations. It highlighted the importance of financial resources in enhancing the quality of school sports. The researcher employed a descriptive-analytical approach suited to the study's objectives. The study involved a random sample of 20 specialized physical education teachers who responded to a questionnaire structured around three main axes, each containing seven questions. Key findings included proving the significance of organization in successful administrative management. Additionally, it was found that adequate financial resources significantly contribute to achieving positive outcomes in sports activities. Poor administrative management, on the other hand, was linked to underutilization of both financial and human resources. Key words: management, administrative management, sports, school sports الملخص هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة واقع الرياضة المدرسية من خلال التسيير الإداري، والوصول إلى أن التنظيم جانب هام في التسيير الإداري ،وإبراز دور الإمكانيات المادية في تحسين مستوى الرياضة المدرسة ،واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لموضوع الدراسة ولتحقيق ذلك أجريت الدراسةعلى عينة عشوائية تتكون من 20 أستاذ مختص في التربية البدنية والرياضية ،وزع عليهم استبانة تضم ثلاث محاور في كل محور سبع اسئلة ومن أهم النتائج هي:انه تم إثبات أهمية التنظيم في إنجاح عملية التسييرالإداري،كما وجدنا أن توفرالإمكانيات المادية يساهم بقسط كبيرفي تحقيق نتائج جيدة،وتوصلنا الى أن التسييرالإداري السيئ يساهم بقسط كبيرفي عدم استغلال الإمكانيات المادية والبشرية. الكلمات الدالة:التسيير،التسييرالإداري،الرياضة،الرياضةالمدرسية
