دور المختص في علم النفس العمل والتنظيم في تحقيق التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي بالمؤسسة الجزائرية من خلال التوجيه المهني

Résumé: ملخص: بعد عملية التخطيط تأتي الخطوة الثانية في العملية الإدارية وهي توجيه الأفراد لتحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية، وفي هذه الوظيفة يكون من واجب المدير إعطاء المختص في علم النفس العمل والتنظيم المسؤولية في تحقيق أهداف المنظمة من خلال إرشاد المرؤوسين و تحفيزهم على نحو يساهم في ضمان أفضل النتائج من خلال معرفة خصائص الأفراد ومتطلبات المهام ثم المواءمة بينها وذلك لجعل الرجل المناسب في المكان المناسب، وبالتالي فإن توجيه الموارد البشرية توجيها سليما عبر أجزاء الهيكل التنظيمي للمؤسسة أو الوحدة الإنتاجية هو الكفيل بتوثيق الصلة بين المنظمة و بين مستخدميها بما يضمن إتقان العمل و التقليل من دورانه، و تحسين الأداء و زيادة الإنتاجية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التوجيه المهني، التوافق النفسي، التوافق الاجتماعي، التحفيز. Abstract: Vocational guidance is one of the most important processes in organizations, The slogan "Putting the right man in the right place" requires a great effort and an in-depth knowledge of the characteristics of the individuals and the requirements of the jobs, and therefore the focus must be on the element of motivation they have, As well as the way they coordinate, and leadership for the success of the guidance process, and supervisors must recognize that this process is characterized by complexity and thus change the methods from time to period according to the results obtained from interviews with employees, or analysis of tasks and duties to achieve psychological and social compatibility .Key words: professional guidance, Psychological compatibility, social compatibility, the motivation.
