Résumé: E-commerce is the most important effect of communication technology, its development has contributed to the possibility and ease of funds electronic transfer, through a digital banking network that ensures its circulation throughout the world. Which negatively affected the traditional payment systems and encouraged e-payment system wide-spread, by using all available payment tools, especially the e-payment card, which was adopted by Algerian legislature as a payment method to advance the development of Algerian e-commerce. Authorized e-payment methods used for exercising e-commerce will be discussed, and then the effectiveness of their contribution to its development in Algeria will be shown.
