ممارسات القيادة الروحية ودورها في تعزيز فعالية الاتصال التنظيمي دراسة استطلاعية لآراء عينة من الأساتذة بجامعة بسكرة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة لتوضيح دور القيادة الروحية في تعزيز فعالية الاتصال التنظيمي لدى عينة من أساتذة جامعة بسكرة، وذلك باستخدام ابستومولوجيا الملاحظة انطلاقا من منهج وصفي كمي، واستخدام الاستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة لأهمية ممارسات القيادة الروحية ودورها الكبير في تعزيز فعالية الاتصال التنظيمي في الجامعة الجزائرية، من خلال تحسين جودة التواصل، تحقيق الوضوح، الدقة، والتفاعل في الاتصالات الأكاديمية والإدارية والذي يضمن رفع جودة التعليم العالي وزيادة كفاءة وفعالية الجامعة. This study aimed to clarify the role of spiritual leadership in enhancing organizational communication effectiveness among a sample of professors at University of Biskra. The research adopted a quantitative descriptive methodology based on an observational epistemology, utilizing questionnaires as a data collection tool. The study concluded that spiritual leadership practices play a significant role in enhancing organizational communication effectiveness within the Algerian university context. This is achieved through improving communication quality, ensuring clarity, precision, and interaction in academic and administrative communications, which ultimately contributes to elevating the quality of higher education and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the university.
