Résumé: يعد التسويق الالكتروني مستقبل التسوق في ظل أزمة كورونا الراهنة، حيث ساهم بتغيير طرق بيع وشراء الخدمات والمنتجات، فاعتمد بشكل رئيسي على ظهور التجارة الالكترونية التي ساعدت على تقليل الفجوة الظاهرة بين المنتج والمستهلك، كما تمكن من تحقيق رضا عددٍ كبير من العملاء. من أجل ضمان نتائج فعالة وجب على المسوقين و المنتجين استخدام مواقع مشهورة و عالية الاستخدام و هو ما تحققه مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لما توفره من تواصل دائم بين الطرفين ، مع تحقيق مبدأ التباعد الاجتماعي خلال فترة الحجر الصحي .
