دراسة قياسية لأثر التحويلات الاجتماعية على مؤشرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي في الجزائر - باستعمال نموذج Var للفترة (1993-2020)- An Econometric Study Of Impact Of The Social Transfers On Indicators Of Economic Stability In Algeria, Using Var Model During (1993-2020)

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز مدى تأثير التحويلات الاجتماعية في تحقيق الأهداف الاقتصادية المتمثلة في متغيرات مربع كالدور بالجزائر خلال الفترة 1993-2020، ولتحقيق ذلك تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي لعرض وتحليل واقع المتغيرات المدروسة، إضافة الى محاولة التأثير بين التحويلات الاجتماعية ومتغيرات مربع كالدور من خلال نموذج VAR. توصلت هذه الدراسة الى أن الأداء الاقتصادي في الجزائر كان متذبذبا على طول الفترة الزمنية محل الدراسة، ويظهر من خلال مربع كالدور تحسن في محور مقابل تدهور محور آخر، كما توصلت الى وجود علاقة عكسية بين نسبة التحويلات الاجتماعية وكل من معدل النمو الاقتصادي ورصيد ميزان المدفوعات، وعلاقة طردية بين نسبة التحويلات الاجتماعية ومعدلات البطالة والتضخم، هذا ما يدل على الأثر السلبي (نسبيا) لسياسة التحويلات الاجتماعية على أهداف السياسة الاقتصادية، لكونها ذات طابع اجتماعي أكثر منه اقتصادي. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the extent of the impact of the social transfers to achieving economic goals, represented by the goals of Magic Square of Kaldor in Algeria for period (1993-2020), In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the analytical method was used, To describe and analyze The reality of the studied variables, In addition to trying to influence between social transfers and Magic Square of Kaldor variables role through a model VAR. The study concluded that the economic performance in Algeria was fluctuating throughout the time period under study, through the Kaldor square showing an improvement in one axis versus a deterioration in another axis, It also found a reverse correlation between the proportion of social transfers and both the rate of economic growth and the balance of payments, and a correlation between the proportion of social transfers and unemployment rates and inflation, indicating the negative (relatively) impact of social transfers policy on economic policy objectives, as they are more social than economic.
