تأثير السياسة المالية على مؤشرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي في الجزائر دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة: 1970-2017

Résumé: ABSTRACT: This research paper aims at clarifying the impact of the fiscal Policy (represented by the government spending) on the Indicators of economic stability during the period 1970-2017, and that is through analysing the results of the econometric study by using the Vector autoregression models (VAR) of the government spending impact on the Indicators of economic stability. This study concluded that the fiscal policy has an important role in realising the total stability; in addition, the study proclaimed the necessity of making a structural transformation towards a larger diversification of production, and increasing the exports and the sources of funding development and economy, to make less exposed to external shocks. ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تبيين أثر السياسة المالية (ممثلة بالإنفاق الحكومي) على مؤشرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي خلال الفترة 1970-2017، وذلك من خلال تحليل نتائج الدراسة القياسية باستخدام نماذج شعاع الانحدار الذاتي (VAR) لأثر الإنفاق الحكومي على مؤشرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن للسياسة المالية دور مهم في تحقيق الاستقرار الكلي، كما أكدت هذه الدراسة على ضرورة إجراء تحول هيكلي نحو تنويع أكبر للإنتاج، ورفع الصادرات ومصادر تمويل التنمية والاقتصاد، لجعله أقل عرضة للصدمات الخارجية.
