أثر تدابير الوقاية والحد من انتشار وباء فيروس كورونا على البيئة

Résumé: الملخص: حفاظا على الصحة العامة بوصفها عنصر من عناصر النظام العام التي يتسع فيها مجال الضبط الإداري البيئي من خلال السهر على نظافة الأماكن والشوارع العامة وأماكن العمل، والوقاية والحد من خطر الأمراض والأوبئة التي تنال من الإنسان فقد لجأت الجزائر وكغيرها من دول العالم إلى اتخاذ جملة من التدابير المستعجلة بغية الوقاية من انتشار وباء فيروس كورونا (كوفيد -19) ومكافحته، وقد كان لهذه التدابير في جانب من جوانبها ارتباط وثيق بمقتضيات حماية البيئة والتقليل من التلوث، وهو الجانب الذي نهدف إلى التطرق إليه في هذه الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: فيروس كورونا (كوفيد -19)، الصحة العامة، الضبط الإداري البيئي، التلوث. Abstract: For the preservation of public health, as an element of public order which extends to the field of administrative environmental police through the cleanliness of public spaces and avenues, and work spaces, prevention and limiting the dangers of human diseases and epidemics, Algeria, like other countries, has taken a number of urgent measures to prevent and combat the spread of the corona virus (covid19) pandemic, in one of their aspects, these measures are very linked to Preventive environmental requirements and the limitation of pollution, this is the goal we are aiming for through this study.
