أُثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على الإبداع التنظيمي- دراسة ميدانية للمؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبارentp

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث عن مدى تأثير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بأبعادها على الإبداع التنظيمي في المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار. حيث تم توزيع استبيان على عينة عشوائية حجمها (58) فرد، وقد تم اختبار فرضيات الدراسة باستعمال الأساليب الإحصائية التي يوفرها برنامج SPSS_23 . وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن المؤشرات الإحصائية أظهرت تباين أبعاد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال من حيث أولويتها، وكان أكثر الأبعاد تأثيرا هو الأجهزة المادية، يليه بعد قاعدة البيانات ثم الأفراد و البرامج والاتصالات والشبكات بدرجة أقل. كما بينت أن العلاقات الارتباطية لأبعاد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في الإبداع التنظيمي متوسط وذو دلالة إحصائية ، مما يؤكد إدراك أفراد العينة للدور الكبير لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في دعم وتعزيز قدرة العاملين بالمؤسسة على الإبداع التنظيمي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات من أبرزها التركيز على البرامج التدريبية للعاملين بالمؤسسة، وذلك لتدريبهم على الطرق الفعالة لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال لزيادة قدراتهم الإبداعية. This study aims to investigate the impact of Information and communication Technology in its dimensions on organizational innovation in the National Establishment for Well Works. A questionnaire was distributed to a random sample size (58) individuals, and the hypotheses of the study were tested using statistical methods provided by the program SPSS_23. The study concluded that statistical indicators showed the different dimensions of Information and communication Technology in terms of their priority. The most influential dimensions were physical devices, followed by individuals, then communications, networks, database and programs to a lesser extent. She also pointed out that the correlations of the dimensions of ICT in organizational creativity are medium and statistically significant, which confirms the perception of respondents to the significant role of information technology in supporting and enhancing the capacity of employees of the institution to creativity. The study concluded with a number of recommendations, most notably the focus on training programs for employees of the institution, to train them on effective ways to use ICT to increase their creativity.
