Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع بطاقات الدفع الالكتروني في البنوك الجزائرية ودورها في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية من وجهة نظر عملاء وكالات بنكية بالوادي، حيث تسعى إلى بيان مدى الارتباط بين استعمال بطاقات الدفع الالكترونية وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية البنكية، وذلك بتقييم وجهة نظر وتحليل آراء لعملاء وكالات بنوك عمومية جزائرية بالوادي. ولهذا تم الاعتماد على استبيان صمم ووزع على 31 عميلا. وتم تحليل ومعالجة البيانات عن طريق البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS22، وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط بين استعمال بطاقات الدفع الالكترونية والميزة التنافسية، بالإضافة إلى تفضيل العملاء استخدام بطاقات الدفع الالكترونية تزامنا مع جائحة كوفيد19." Abstract: This study addresses the question of electronic payment cards in Algerian banks and their role in achieving competitive advantage from the point of view of clients of banking agencies in El-Oued. It seeks to demonstrate the extent of the link between the use of electronic payment cards and the achievement of banking competitive advantage by assessing the point of view of some clients of Algerian public bank agencies In El-Oued. For this reason, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to 31 clients. The data was analyzed and processed through the statistical program SPSS22. The study concluded that there is a correlation between the use of electronic payment cards and the competitive advantage, in addition to the customers' preference to use electronic payment cards in conjunction with the COVID 19 pandemic. "
