The Relationship Between Organizational Climate And Job Satisfaction Educational Institution As A Pattern
Résumé: This study aimed to identify the Relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction in the educational institutions in accordance with the nature of the studied subject .The descriptive approach and the questionnaire were used as a tool for collecting data .The study was administered to 210 teachers who were chosen randomly from Robbah region province of El-Oued. The findings of the study showed that there a relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على علاقة المناخ التنظيمي بالرضا الوظيفي في المؤسسات التعليمية وتماشيا مع طبيعة الموضوع المدروس تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من الميدان.شملت عينة الدراسة 210 أستاذ وأستاذة من مقاطعة الرباح ولاية الوادي تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية منتظمة وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين المناخ التنظيمي والرضا الوظيفي .
