دور الرضا الوظيفي في تعزيز سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية
Résumé: هدفنافي هذهالدراسةإلىالتعرفعلىدورالرضاالوظيفيفي تعزيز سلوكالمواطنةالتنظيمية،وافترضتالدراسةأنهناكعلاقةذاتدلالةإحصائيةبينالرضاالوظيفيوسلوكالمواطنةالتنظيمية،وأنهناكعلاقةذاتدلالةإحصائيةبينالرضاالوظيفي ببعديه( الداخلي، الخارجي ) وأبعادسلوكالمواطنةالتنظيمية (الإيثار،الكياسة،الروحالرياضية،وعيالضمير،السلوكالحضاري)،تماستخدامالإستبيانلجمعبياناتمن(93)مستجيبمنالموظفينالعاملينبالمؤسسة الإستشفائية لطب العيون بالوادي،لتحقيقأهدافالدراسةوفرضياتها. ومنأهمالنتائجالتيتمالحصولإليها،أنالرضا الوظيفي و سلوكالمواطنةالتنظيميةسائدانبدرجةعاليةوسطالموظفين بالمؤسسة،وانهناكعلاقةمعنويةطرديةبينالرضاالوظيفيوسلوكالمواطنةالتنظيمية . This study aimed to identify the role of job satisfaction in promoting the behavior of organizational citizenship. The study assumed the existence of a statistical significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, as well as the existence of a statistical significant relationship between job satisfaction (internal and external) and the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior, which include (Altruism, Courtesy, Sportsmanship, Civic virtue, and Conscientiousness). A questionnaire was used to collect the data from (93) employees from Ophthalmology Hospitalion institution in El-oued , to achieve the objectives and hypotheses of the study. The most important findings of the study showed that job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior is highly prevalent among the staff in the institution In addition, the study indicated the existence of a significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior
