حماية الأطفال في الاتفاقيات الدولية

Résumé: ینطوي الموضوع على أهمیة عملیة مهمة، من خلال الاهتمام بفئة حساسة وهي فئة الأطفال الذین هم مستقبل الإنسانیة ككل، لذا یتعین على كل فرد في المجتمع القیام برعایتهم وحمایتهم.كما يعتبر من بین المواضیع الراهنة خاصة مع كثرة الانتهاكات التي یتعرض لها الطفل على المستوى الوطني والدولي في الآونة الأخیرة، حيث یتمثل البحث في موضوع حمایة حقوق الطفل الذي يعتبر اللبنة الأساسية الذي نضمنته اتفاقية حقوق الطفل لسنة 1989 ومنه نشر ثقافة حقوق الطفل ومعرفة أهم الحقوق التي یجب أن یتمتع بها. ومن أبرز النتائج المتوصل إليها فيما يتعلق بحماية حقوق الطفل أن الطفل دون سن 18 سنة باعتباره إنسان له حقوق عدة ومنها حقه في الحياة الكريمة والذي يعتبر من أسمى الحقوق الإنسانية التي يجب أن تصان له ،كما أنها قد أقرت له الكثير من الحقوق التي تحمي الطفل في شتى مناحي الحياة كالحق في الرعاية الصحية والتعليم ......،إلا أننا نلاحظ في الجانب الآخر غياب الجدية في معالجة الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى اتساع الانتهاكات الجنائية لحقوق الطفل، مما يوحي بعدم اهتمام الحكومات بالحد من هذه الانتهاكات. The topic has an important practical importance, by paying attention to a sensitive group, which is the category of children who are the future of humanity as a whole, so every individual in society must take care and protect them. It is also considered among the current topics, especially with the many violations that children are exposed to at the national and international levels. Recently, where the research is represented in the issue of protecting the rights of the child, which is the basic building block that was included in the Convention on the Rights of the Child of 1989, including the dissemination of a culture of child rights and knowledge of the most important rights that he should enjoy. Among the most prominent findings in relation to the protection of the rights of the child is that the child under the age of 18 as a human being has several rights, including the right to a decent life, which is considered one of the highest human rights that must be safeguarded for him, as it has recognized many rights that protect the child in various aspects of life, such as the right to health care and education.... However, we note, on the other hand, the lack of seriousness in addressing the causes that lead to the expansion of criminal violations of children's rights, This suggests that governments are not interested in curbing these violations.
