Résumé: ملخص: عرف النشاط المنجمي في الجزائر تطورا ملحوظا منذ الاستقلال إلى اليوم، وهو ما تبعه صدور عدة تشريعات وتنظيمات لتأطيره وتنظيمه، آخرها صدور قانون 14/ 05 المتضمن قانون المناجم، وقد مرّت الجزائر بتجربتين ومرحلتين مهمتين خلال هذا التطور، بداية بمرحلة تبني النظام الاشتراكي وتكريس الملكية الجماعية لوسائل الإنتاج، واحتكار استغلال قطاع المناجم، ثم مرحلة تبني النظام الرأسمالي، مسايرة للأحداث والتطورات، وإشراك القطاع الخاص في هذا المجال، وقد صدرت خلالها عدة نصوص وتشريعات لتنظيم النشاط المنجمي. هذا يدعونا إلى دراسة هذه التشريعات، للتعرف على مدى تأثيرها في الاستغلال الأمثل للثروات المنجمية، ومساهمتها في عملية التنمية، ومدى مسايرتها للتطور الحاصل في النشاط المنجمي. الكلمات المفتاحية: النشاط المنجمي؛ قانون المناجم؛ التشريعات المنجمية؛ الترخيص المنجمي؛ الوكالة المنجمية. Abstract: The mining activity in Algeria has witnessed a remarkable development since independence until today, which was followed by the issuance of several legislations and regulations to frame and regulate it, the most recent of which was the issuance of Law 05/14 containing the Mines Law. means of production, and monopolizing the exploitation of the mining sector, then the stage of adopting the capitalist system, keeping pace with events and developments, and involving the private sector in this field, during which several texts and legislations were issued to regulate mining activity. This calls us to study these legislations, to identify the extent of their impact on the optimal utilization of mining resources, their contribution to the development process, and the extent to which they keep pace with the development taking place in the mining activity. key words: Mining activity; mining law; mining legislation; mining licensing; mining agency.
