التسويق الإلكتروني كآلية لتنشيط الخدمة العمومية في ظل جائحة كورونا Covid -19 دراسة حالة مؤسسة بريد الجزائر "وحدة تبسة" E-marketing As A Mechanism To Activate The Public Service Under The Corona Pandemic – Covid – 19 Case Study Of Algiers Postal Corporation "tebessa Unit"

Résumé: إن التوجه إلى رقمنة الخدمات العامة في طريقة تسويقها يعد من أولويات المؤسسة الخدمية، وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة التسويق الإلكتروني وأثره على تنشيط خدمات مؤسسة بريد الجزائر وحدة تبسة في ظل جائحة كورونا، من خلال الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم جمع البيانات الصالحة بالاعتماد على أداة الدراسة والمتمثلة في الاستبيان وزعت على عينة من عمال بريد الجزائر فرع تبسة (33 عامل) وبعد تحليل البيانات باستعمال SPSS، تم التوصل إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتسويق الإلكتروني على الخدمة العمومية في ظل جائحة كورونا في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. Abstract: The trend towards digitizing public services in the try they are marketed is one of the priorities of the cervices institution, the aim of this study is to know the E-marketing and its impact on activating of the Algeria communication foundation the Tebessa unit, in the shadow of the corona pandemic, for this reason, a descripitive analytical method is used by administering a questionnaire to 33 worker from Algeria telecom – the Tebessa unit – afteranalyzing the data using the SPSS statisticalprgram, it was found that there is a statistically significant effect of E-marketing on the regulation of public service in light of the
