أداءات العجز المؤقت الذي يصيب العامل بسبب حادث عمل.

Résumé: قد يتعرض العامل لحادث عمل يسبب له عجز كلي مؤقت عن العمل، فيستفيد من تعويض جزافي مقدر قانونا تدفعه له هيئة الضمان الإجتماعي. فيمنح للمصاب تعويضات في شكل أداءات عينية التي من شأنها أن تصلح الضرر الجسماني،ولو بالتقريب، كما يستفيد من أداءات نقدية مقدرة قانونا حسب مدة العجز الذي وقع له. The worker maybe exposed to a work accident that causes him to be temporarily disabled from work, so he benefits from a legally assessed lump sum compensation paid to him by the Social Security Authority. He is granted compensation to the injured in the form of in-kind payments that would fix the bodily harm, even by approximation, and healso benefits from monetary payments legally assessed according to the period of disability that occurred to him.
