أخلاقيات المهنة والمسؤولية الإجتماعية في التشريعات الإعلامية الجزائرية Professional Ethics And Social Responsibility In Algerian Media Legislation

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التشريعات الإعلامية الجزائرية وعلاقتها بالمسؤولية الإجتماعية في ضوء احترام ما يسمى بأخلاقيات مهنة الصحافة، من خلال إجراء قراءة نقدية تحليلية للمجموعة من قوانين الإعلام الصادرة في الجزائر (قانون 1982/قانون 1990/قانون 2012/قانون2014) لمعرفة ما إذا كان المشرع الجزائري أولى اهتماما كافيا لأخلاقيات المهنة في ظل حالة الفوضى والتجاوزات التي يشهدها نشاط وسائل الإعلام الجزائرية وتدهور الأداء الصحفي. وتوصلت الدراسة التحليلية إلى أن مسألة أخلاقيات المهنة الصحفية لم تحظ بالمكانة اللائقة في التشريع الجزائري ولا يزال الغموض يكتنف العديد من المواد التي تضمنتها قوانين الإعلام في الجزائر. اAbstract: This paper seeks to highlight Algerian media legislation and its relationship to social responsibility in light of respect for the so-called ethics of the profession of journalism, through a legal reading of the media laws issued in Algeria (Law 1982 / Law 1990 / Law 2012 / Law 2014 ( to find out what If the Algerian legislator paid sufficient attention to the ethics of the profession in light of the chaos and excesses witnessed by the Algerian media and the deterioration of the performance of the press working . The analytical study concluded that the issue of journalistic ethics did not take an appropriate place in the Algerian legislation, and there is still ambiguity surrounding many articles included in the media laws in Algeria.
