Résumé: أُعيد التفكير في نمط جديد للحماية البيئية على شكل يسمح بفهم اهتماماتها عن طريق استحداث آليات إدارية متنوعة تظهر في أسلوب التخطيط وتتبع مراحل تطوره من القطاعي إلى البيئي المتخصص، على اعتبار أن مهمة رعاية البيئة إداريا قضية محلية إقليمية أكثر منها قضية مركزية ، ولحداثة أسلوب التخطيط المحلي وعدم توصله لكل أهداف تنشئته وجدنا حاجته لإستراتيجية فعالة وصولا إلى أغراض التنمية البيئية المحلية. فهل ساهم التخطيط البيئي المحلي المتخذ من قبل المشرع الجزائري في ضبط النشاط التنموي لضمان الحماية الإدارية للبيئة ؟ .
