علاقة الإدارة الالكترونية بالمبادئ العامة التي تحكم سير المرافق العمومية

Résumé: أصبح من الضروري التوجه نحو تجسيد الإدارة الالكترونية في الجزائر انطلاقا مما تتيحه تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات كأداة لترقية أنشطة ومهام مؤسسات الخدمة العمومية، ونظرا لما تتميز به الإدارة الإلكترونية من خصائص، ودورها المباشر في تعزيز وتدعيم المبادئ التي تحكم سير المرافق العامة، حيث تساهم بصورة واضحة في تجسيد إصلاحات الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين وترفع من مستوى رقابة الفرد على كل ما تؤديه المرافق العامة من خدمات، بما يتيح درجة عالية من الجودة على وظائفها، والتي في مقدمتها تقديم الخدمات العمومية. It has become necessary to go towards the embodiment of electronic management in Algeria, based on what the communication and information technology provides as a tool to promote the activities and tasks of public service institutions, and in view of the characteristics of electronic management and its direct role in promoting and strengthening the principles that govern the functioning of public facilities, as it clearly contributes to Embodying service reforms for citizens and raising the level of individual control over all services provided by public utilities, allowing a high degree of quality for their jobs, foremost among which is the provision of public services.
