Résumé: هدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على الدور الذي تلعبه الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الرياضية، وقد إستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، على عينة قدرها 30 موظفا من موظفي مقر مديرية الشباب والرياضة بالمسيلة، كما إستخدم الباحث إستمارة إستبيان لجمع المعلومات والبيانات، وقد توصلت الدراسة في نتائجها بأن الإدارة الإلكترونية تساهم بدرجة كبيرة في تحسين أداء الموظفين بالمؤسسات الرياضية، كما خلصت إلى بعض التوصيات أهمها: العمل على تعزيز ثقافة ومفهوم الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى العاملين بالمؤسسات الرياضية ، والإهتمام بضرورة تجهيز المؤسسات الرياضية بالبنية التحتية للتقنية والمعدات والأجهزة والشبكات، والبرامج الحديثة والمتطورة، وكذا العمل على جلب الكفاءات البشرية المتميزة في مجال الإدارة الإلكترونية، بالإضافة إلى عقد دورات تدريبية متخصصة في مجال تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية لجميع العاملين بالمؤسسات الرياضية. The aim of this study is to shed light on the role played by e-management in improving the performance of sports institutions. The researcher used the descriptive approach on a sample of 30 employees from the headquarters of the Youth and Sports Directorate in M'Sila. The researcher also used a questionnaire to collect information and data. The study concluded in its results that e-management contributes significantly to improving the performance of employees in sports institutions. It also concluded with some recommendations, the most important of which are: working to enhance the culture and concept of e-management among employees in sports institutions, and paying attention to the need to equip sports institutions with the technical infrastructure, equipment, devices and networks, and modern and advanced programs, as well as working to bring in distinguished human competencies in the field of e-management, in addition to holding specialized training courses in the field of applying e-management for all employees in sports institutions
