-العدالة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بالالتزام التنظيمي لدى عمال الإدارة الرياضية- دراسة ميدانية لمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين العدالة التنظيمية والالتزام التنظيمي لدى عمال الإدارة الرياضية لمديرية الشباب لولاية المسيلة ولهذا الغرض استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي المسحي على عينة متكونة من 34 فردا تم اختيارها بشكل مسحي، و لجمع البيانات استخدمنا أداة استبيان، بعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين العدالة التنظيمية والالتزام التنظيمي لدى عمال الإدارة الرياضية لمديرية الشباب لولاية المسيلة لعينة الدراسة وعلى هذا الأساس أوصت الدراسة بتطبيق العدالة التنظيمية بين العمال في التوزيع والمعاملات والعدالة الإجرائية على مستوى الإدارة وهذا من اجل تحقيق التزام في المستوى. The study aims to identify the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment among management workers Sports for the Youth Directorate of the Willet of M'sila, and for this purpose we used the descriptive survey method on a sample It consisted of 34 individuals who were selected by survey, and to collect the data we used a questionnaire tool, after collecting The results and their statistical treatment: It was found that there is a correlation between organizational justice and commitment Organizational staff of the Sports Administration of the Youth Directorate of the State of M’sila for the study sample and on this The study recommended the application of organizational justice among workers in distribution, transactions and justice Procedures at the management level and this is in order to achieve commitment level.
