Résumé: This study aimed to identify the role of e-management in improving the pedagogical performance of the university professor through the applications of electronic management in its four dimensions (computer hardware, software, network, human resource), where the study community is a faculty of professors located in the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences at The University of Adrar, and a random sample of professors of 60 individuals was withdrawn, and questionnaire was used as a major tool for collecting information, where it was analyzed by the program of statistical packages for social sciences*26,Finally, it was concluded that There is a strong correlation between the dimensions of e-management and pedagogical performance, and e-management therefore contributes to improving the pedagogical performance of the university professor in the faculty in question
