Résumé: Abstract: This study aims to highlight the impact of pricing on the stock exchange on the financial performance of the companies economic relying on a set of financial indicators of performance indicators profit performance indicators capital structure liquidity indicators indicators of profitability and operation of human resources and through the application of recent company Rouiba to CNN a stock exchange quoted Algeria depending on the financial statements by the accounting system for the financial period (2010-2013) we determined that the financial performance of the company Rouiba knew decline due to the recent entry in the stock market as defined by a change in the ownership pattern.
