أثر الرأس المال الفكري على جودة التعليم العالي - دراسة ميدانية المركز الجامعي آفلو

Résumé: هدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أثر رأس المال الفكري بأبعاده الثلاثة (البشري، الهيكلي، العلائقي) على جودة التعليم العالي، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة المركز الجامعي الشريف بوشوشة – أفلو. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على استبيان محكم وتحليل إحصائي باستخدام معاملات الارتباط والانحدار الخطي. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية قوية وذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد رأس المال الفكري وجودة التعليم العالي، حيث كان للرأس المال الهيكلي التأثير الأكبر، يليه العلائقي ثم البشري. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستثمار المتوازن في مكونات رأس المال الفكري وتطوير السياسات التعليمية لدعم جودة التعليم وتحقيق التميز الجامعي. this study aims to examine the impact of intellectual capital—human, structural, and relational—on the quality of higher education, using a field study conducted at the University Center of Boushousha–Aflou. A structured questionnaire was distributed to a sample of faculty members, and data were analyzed using correlation and linear regression techniques. The results revealed a strong and statistically significant relationship between all dimensions of intellectual capital and the quality of higher education, with structural capital showing the highest influence. The study recommends a balanced investment in intellectual capital components to enhance academic quality and institutional excellence.
