مساهمة إدارة المنشات الرياضية في إنجاح الاحتراف الرياضي بالجزائر "دراسة ميدانية بالرابطة المحترفة الاولى لكرة القدم"

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة بشكلها العام إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة إدارة المنشآت الرياضية في إنجاح الاحتراف الرياضي ، حيث تناولنا في الفرضية الأولى القوانين المسيرة والمنظمة لإدارة المنشآت ، أما الفرضية الثانية فقد تناولنا مشرفو ومسيرو هذه المنشآت، حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي ، والاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات ، وزع الاستبيان على عينة من المسيرين في النوادي الرياضية بالرابطة الرياضية المحترفة بالجزائر، ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أن النصوص القانونية والتشريعية المنظمة للإدارة المنشآت الرياضية في ظل الاحتراف لا تساهم بالقدر الكافي إنجاحه ، كما توصلنا إلى أن المشرفين والمسيرين لهذه المنشآت لا يساهمون أيضا في إنجاح الاحتراف الرياضي بالجزائر من وجهة نظر المسيرين في الأندية الرياضية المحترفة . The study, in its general form, aimed to know the extent to which the management of sports facilities contributed to the success of sports professionalism. In the first hypothesis, we dealt with the laws governing and organizing the management of facilities. As for the second hypothesis, we dealt with the supervisors and managers of these facilities, where we used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information and data. The questionnaire was distributed On a sample of managers in sports clubs in the Professional Sports Association in Algeria, and one of the most important findings is that the legal and legislative texts regulating the management of sports facilities in the light of professionalism do not sufficiently contribute to its success, and we also concluded that the supervisors and managers of these facilities do not also contribute to the success of sports professionalism in Algeria. From the point of view of managers in professional sports clubs.
