Résumé: This study aimed to identify, what is the performance of the Human Resource, what is the organizational change, to demonstrate the role of organizational change in improving the performance of the human resource and the extent of interest of public and private institutions in the subject of organizational change, through the field study at the public institution of neighboring health in Ouargla, through analyzing the dimensions of organizational change, represented by( change in organizational structure, change in personnel, change in technology), the study also relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect and the case study in the applied aspect, as for the data collection tools were: questionnaire, interview and observation. Thestudy was applied to a random sample of thestudycommunity, represented by the workers of the public institution of neighboring health with a group of doctors, nurses, joint and administrative assistants, which was estimated at 63. The study reached a set of results, namely: the level of individuals ' acceptance of organizational change at the public institution of neighboring health Ouargla; improvement of human resource performance is one of the long-term goals pursued by the institution; there is a positive and strong statistically significant relationship between organizational change and Human Resource performance at the level of 0.05 significance; there is a statistically significant effect between the change in technology and Human Resource performance.
